We’d like to believe nothing can ever go wrong with our kittens. However, certain things are never in our control. A Kittens health is dependent on a lot of factors like genetics, exercise, food & nourishment and overall care. While we may not be able to guarantee that your kitten will never have a health problem, we guarantee to do our best to ensure your new family member is a healthy one!

We provide you with a 1 year written health guarantee which covers your kitten should anything related to health go wrong with your kitten. A 100% Refunds or replacement of your kitten will be issued to you immediately.

Before bringing a kitten home, we want you to know that owning a Ragdoll Cat means visits to a veterinarian and that you will be responsible for all costs associated with such veterinarian visits.

In the event that your kitten develops an illness or untreatable, life threatening defect we will offer you another kitten of the same sex and quality for which you paid for. You will be responsible for the delivery fees only for your new kitten. When making a claim we require you to send us a copy of your vet exam and any findings.

As an additional check and to activate your kittens Health Guarantee, we ask that you take your kitten to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours after you receive the kitten, so we can be sure that your kitten is a happy, healthy one from the moment it arrives at your home.

Who can file a claim?

We certify that all Ragdoll Kitten purchased from us are in perfectly sound health. All our kittens are currently on all shots, vaccinations and checks.  

Only the original purchaser (Buyer) of the kittens can file a claim under this Guarantee. In other words, this guarantee is not transferable to any new owner.
